an independent clinical sexologist and social worker wouldn't deal w issues of "the psyche" or practice diagnostics or prescribe easy-fixes or even offer analyses and interpretations over the course of years, but would deal primarily w resolving material (read: economic and sex-economic) issues which actually frustrate or drain people. it has next to nothing to do with psychology. but thanks for letting everyone know u have no clue what ur talking about
