Is that sniper always a 1hk? I've tried using the scout elite several times but never can get the fucking headshot.

back in the beta, if you put magnum ammo on the AWM or the R700 it would be a 1sk in the body up to about 50 meters. they toned it down in the real release to around 25 meters I think and it also does way less damage to choppers and armor as well. However the .300 knockout, the syndicate gun for the professional class is a 1sk to the body up to 50 meters I believe.
