Which video got you into the Halo montaging scene (as a viewer)?

Since reminiscing seems to be a big hobby of you guys here on THF, and a bit of nostalgia never hurts, and because I love hearing what brought people to where they are now, I ask the question: Which video (or just person) got you into the halo video watching/sharing or montaging scene? What did you watch where for the first time that made  you explore more of this community?

For me I think it was this pretty late one:

I had seen Halo videos before (Salaya's Experience is the first thing I remember) but this one made me actually interested about the whole montaging thing.

I used to watch a lot of Machinima like RvB, etc. when I ran across this video on their channel. Phurion changed my life lol.

Yeah Phurion tends to do that to people haha

Those OG songs are something special man.

It annoys me that I cant place when I originally watched this. I must have watched every big halo video under the sun once, cause I cant place when in my life I watched what :/

Niceeee

Nakamura m1 was the first video i watched and i said "fuck i need a cap card".

this one made me and my brother start going for montage stuff and buying capture cards and such...

shit just watched that back and got me all the feels again. nostalgia to the max, cuz that videos holds together close to my entire halo 2 experience

I'm pretty sure it was Halo God's Untouchable but here are some other ones:

nakamuras m1 was one of the first halo videos I watched. But I think Reids M4 and nubtage made me want to make videos.
probably Halogods untouchable but no 100 sure

Halz.

He's even the reason I bought XBL in the first place.

I remember watching TheHaloGod and Nakamura montages in the same day. My buddy showed them to me when we were getting into halo and thought it was awesome. Been watching montages ever since for the most part. Still watch some Reach, H4 and H5, but try to avoid them as they're just boring as shit to me and I can't relate because I never played them.
Thanks bro. You've always been my biggest supporter!
No one mentioned Rippon's H2 tage yet? I'm surprised.
Wisdom Halo 3 nubtage 2, still one of my all time favorites
Nice stuff guys, will be going through these :p

Yep. We were even friends for a few minutes in Halo 3--you ran out of room, I guess so I was removed. Shit, we should play some games together!

Around the time halo 2 vista came out Exus came out with this. If you've never seen it I highly suggest you watch it.

Phurion & Fluxy

Blawblaw's Halo 2 Montage was one of the first I saw, along with TheHaloGod's Untouchable.

Halogod's Untouchable and Abusedgoat's Megamix. I think I watched them a few months before Halo 3 was released and always wanted to show good, cool, funny gameplay to my friends since then.

I bought a Dazzle DVC100 shortly thereafter.

I'm surprised almost no one here started with H1 montages.

I'm surprised almost no one here started with H1 montages.

Believe it or not, I started watching H1 machinimas. Chateau, I Hung My Head, and definitely Lethal Rage--holy shit, dude. Definitely the best series!

I never heard of those but I was a big fan of Fire Team Charlie.
Yeah, the first Halo videos I watched were H1 RvB back when it first started coming out. Also, I think this might've actually been the montage that got me into the scene, although Phurion and Fluxy was still a big part. This was just the first montage I ever watched lol.
