It's endemic of the entire market and a result of how easy it is to throw patches out. Metal Gear just put out their competitive online mode today, a month after launch for example. No one seemed terribly upset about that.
Is it unfortunate that it won't be in at launch? Yeah, but the amount of improvements over any previous iteration of Forge appears to be significant. A month delay (of a game feature and not the title itself as we would have had in the past) is nothing.
As he says "contact" around 1:20, you can tell that the 4 spartans are a single composition (element/idk the technical?), and not a part of the actual hillside that they land on. It's too obvious that they were just plopped down onto the background. Keep an eye on the spartan way in the back. His movement seems forced and unnatural, and the entire sequence was hurt by a poorly executed introduction. He looks like he should hit the big rock, but he just floats past it? Otherwise, yeah it looks cool, but fuck that bothered me.
