Yeah I went straight to 31 after finishing the quests, Im about to do it again on my other two characters. They actually did a good job on the DLC even though all of it was already on the disc....

I don't think that's entirely true. The update last week was over 6gb, some of that had to be on there.

I agree the dlc is pretty good this time. TDB seemed like a set of fucking bounties and that's it.

 

@Marksman - I don't think you need TDB to play HoW.

@Proty - You need etheric light to upgrade gear to max level, no exotic shards.

lvl28 isnt extremely hard but did get hairy at times. Excited to try 32

I was doing it yesterday and the fcking servers lagged us out right at the boss. It's so stupid. I'm running it again today though, it's fairly easy as a hunter though, I almost solo'd it last night

Keep getting disconnected while playing PoE. My Internet never disconnects me when I watch Netflix. Destiny completely boots me off XBL.. how terrible is this game

beat lvl 32 tonight with 2 other dudes. Last cabal boss was super hard. Got a key from small chest so used that on the big one, rolled a leg pulse rifle. Not sure if I'll keep it or not.

Furthest I got to was round 4 on level 28. How many rounds are there? And I got that far cause I kept losing connection

5, after 4 it's boss fight, do it with friends? or at least people with mics, so they can invite you back.

I recently spent 175 vanguard marks on a new spectre, cos those things didn't seem to drop and I was sick of the green one, got a legendary out of VoG yesterday.

could have bought the new 36 light armor with it now

If you go 9-0 in the Trials of Osiris make sure you have free emblem space before you open the chest in the Lighthouse or else you won't receive the emblem.

Theres two ghosts in the reef if you haven't found them yet. Also is there not a gunsmith in the reef? Did they add any new exotics for this dlc?

there are new exotics, I dont know exactly what they are yet. No there is no gunsmith in the reef to my knowledge. And 3 ghosts*

Bought two exotic engrams, both turned into light of nemesis. Fuck me. Also Gage has The Ram helm for thr warlock. It's exotic and dope as hell. And whats the best way about getting new armor? PoE and trials? I need people to play with then cause none of its matchmaking

also bought 2 exotic engrams, they turned in to the ram, and the other new helmet, accept for the new hunter helmet... and I got 2 hunters, fml
blackout, you still need people for trials? I usually used destinytracker.com, if u type: "ask for invite" you get 10 mssges in 2 minutes, I just prefer people that I'm sure off that they know what they're doing.

Got the ice breaker while running through PoE with my hunter. Dismantled it. Gonna do all this story so I can run through it with my warlock. So each level I can get a key to open the big chest at the end or is that not how it works?

wait; how do you guys do it with the keys? I know you get one key after doing the new story, so that makes 3 keys for 3 characters, but that's it.
any more keys come from the wolves, and those bitches haven't given me a single key in about 4 hours of farming

most keys will come from farming wolves, yes, but I've gotten at least 2 from the small chests in PoE.

yeah you can get keys from the Pack of Wolves chests and from the small chests in the PoE loot room. I also think that those wanted bounties come back every week and once you complete them all you get a key. That is just my speculation though.

Bullshit you can use Res on a warlock in trials to revive yourself. Killed the whole team and I was the last person then I notice a red dot on the screen and turn around and he's reviving his team mate and I die

it's a mechanic in every other part of the game why would they limit it's use in Trials? if you've played enough crucible you should know enough to be cautious when you kill a warlock for that self rez

Also I need some good people to play Trials with. Admiral twitchy is my gamer tag. And I'm guessing level matters in this? Kept playing against 34s and weren't doing too Well. I was but my other two team mates weren't. Got 10 kills in like 6 rounds and they got 1 and 0. So I just wasted like an hour and a half playing and literally only won one match

not no matter what, you can be revived and keep fighting. Why shouldn't lock's be able to self rez? That'd be effectively eliminating and entire subclass from the end game activity.
